To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 阿媽個陣時話食得開心就係最正，我今日黎到這家百樂潮州食得一個字：正！香煎蠔烙外皮金黃鬆脆，入口後即刻感到啲蠔肉鮮嘅唔得了，啲汁液一啜一啜咁流出嚟，簡直係潮州小食嘅極品😋。再點個潮式炒蘿蔔糕，啱啱好咁炒香，媽媽話彈牙又足料，每一啖都食到啲蘿蔔嘅自然甜。至於鹹水角，外皮驚喜般啖啖韌勁，脆到喺口裏嗲嗲作響，餡料仲鮮美得滴～蝦仔，豬肉碎，腰果唔使講，入口即化！最後嗌咗碗方魚肉碎泡粥，記得細細個食過嘅味就係咁回甘，底味夠哂，每啖粥入咀都好似帶住微微海風，帶起個鼻。正所謂「平民至寶」，絕對係會令你回味無窮嘅一餐🍚。店內氣氛嘅話，就係溫馨，地點方便，好岩同家人一齊悠閒地坐低傾吓偈，食吓靚靚嘅嘢，開心過一個悠閒午后。下次食飯，應該多啲嚟呢啲地方，食得開心又唔會使太多，真心推介！👍🥢👵🏻
