To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說今日和閨蜜嘅飲食之旅,真係得來不易啊!我哋選擇咗啲口味獨特嘅小吃,從充斥著海洋氣息嘅Ceviche($98)開始,新鮮魚肉配上酸酸甜甜嘅菠蘿汁,莓果醬加咗啲小辣,醒胃得嚟又開胃,嗌嚟一啖接一啖。接著嚟啲式樣豐富嘅Tapas,唔同嘅Tapas世界感覺滿滿,西班牙辣肉腸配焗薯仔($58)燒得啱啱好,薯仔啖啖肉感,豐富嘅香氣一吸入肺,正!🔥我哋仲試咗手工製作嘅Tacos,夾落去嘅係滋味十足嘅墨魚汁軟殼蟹($88),金黃酥脆嘅蟹肉夹著清新嘅蔬菜,咬落去爽脆聲音夠晒刺激,完全係好似隻雞喺你口內爆炸一樣,真係一次過滿足到我嗰兩個重口味。🌮最後,派對之星當然係嗰個據講係店家特色嘅西班牙海鮮飯($158),份量幾慷慨面頭鋪滿齊齊整整嘅海鮮,伴隨著味道十足嘅番茄香料,每啖都有盈滿嘅滿足感,未吃已經香到不得了。🥘整體來講,今次食味嘅體驗,真係靚到不得喇,畀我食到夠本,滿足到屋企人同事都驚呆!下次記得朋友大隊人馬一齊黎撐下場,食遍成個食牌先得!
