To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講到食物,我個腦海裡就浮起“來份炭燒啖啖肉”的畫面啦!今次來到海洋公園內的Ginger Grill爐炭燒,我嘅味蕾絕對係有一個暢遊嘅。首先,炭燒海鮮真係做得掂👍,個三文魚扒外皮燒得啱啱好,啖啖都新鮮肥美,炭火嗆香咁鎖住咗晒個汁水!夠哂滋味!講到串燒,泰式沙嗲🍢真係啖啖肉,嗰個豬頸肉配上辣椒汁更加係香辣得嚟唔會蓋過肉香,真係好夾🔥!點餐時又有啲驚喜,個柚子沙律同埋泰式小食嘅香脆炸物都好夠味,酥脆得嚟唔油膩。湯方面,大蝦酸辣湯那種恰到好處的酸辣平衡得宜,喺這炭火氣息下更顯提神。飲完湯,啲青咖喱雞又係另一番滋味,咖喱香濃得嚟唔死辣,啱晒唔太能夠食辣嘅朋友。至於泰式船麵,嗰個湯底濃郁,配上值得一讚嘅脆皮🥩,真係一絕!最後,個酥皮焗香芒糯米飯真係正中下懷😋,糯米飯Q彈,香芒甜美,環境又舒服,真係食得開心又滿足。呢度絕對係我會再推薦俾朋友嚟探秘嘅一站!
