To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嚟到呢間日式餐廳,心情正是餓到咕噜噜,準備試下佢哋幾款招牌烏冬。首先,啖啖肉嘅豬軟骨烏冬出場喇,軟騷得滑,啖啖肉感,簡直係絕配👌。蕃茄湯底非常之濃郁,食落去有種酸甜開胃,好夾啊!烏冬自己就已經好過癮,配上呢個湯底真係一流!轉轉眼,等咗一陣,炸蠔嘅鰹魚湯烏冬送上,炸蠔鬆脆可口,無嗰啲不妙嘅腥味,份外惹味。湯底嘅鰹魚味,清新唔膩口,可以一啖又一啖咁飲。點可以少得火炙魚片?但今次嘅厚度同質地就有少少欠奉,雖然唔係非常出色,不過如果追求一個家常味,咁可能就可以接受啦。最後來個蕃茄湯烏冬同雞扒,真係一個意想不到嘅搭配,雞扒燒到外皮微脆,肉質保持juicy,整體來講,今餐真係飽滿滿滿滿,食得好滿足😋!综合來講,今次食到幾款烏冬都算係口味獨特,賣相精緻,重點係味道真係正。嚟到尾聲,我一定會推介俾我嘅朋友知,下次仲要再嚟試下其他菜式!
