小弟有個朋友好中意食日本,所以今年佢餐生日飯小弟就專城揀左間特別d既餐廳同佢慶祝一入到去餐廳個感覺好high class,小弟都係第一次去d咁高級既日本餐廳食飯~可以睇住d師傅咁認真整野食就已經覺得零舍不同睇名唔知係咩黎既但其實佢係懷石料理前盤。一上枱我同朋友都呆左,因為無諗過師傅會咁有心思咁將d野食加埋裝飾咁上碟,真係好靚首先就係有枝豆豆腐~係豆腐上面加上枝豆蓉,好特別,食落去好fresh!啱哂依家咁熱既天氣跟住就係日本菜之花,粟米啫喱~睇落去唔似有粟米但係食落去粟米味好濃烈,好食另一個外表似燒賣既係枝豆紙海鮮蛋黃醋加三文魚籽~估唔到mix埋一齊幾夾,仲好爽口白色既係法國白露荀配白松露~店員好細心咁解釋比我地知白松露又被叫做白色鑽石,因為珍貴得黎產量少配上白露荀令到白松露味道更加突出😋最後用玻璃杯裝既係紫薯百合加粟米凍湯紫薯味好重,加埋香濃既粟米味,唔錯再黎既呢道菜係無名既,佢係麵包蟹+海膽+三文魚籽+龍蝦汁呢幾樣野小弟都好中意,依家咁多樣加埋一齊真係不得了而且每一啖都可以食得出所有既材料,三文魚籽既甜味仲可以帶出麵包蟹既甜味,推薦

再黎既呢道菜係無名既,佢係麵包蟹+海膽+三文魚籽+龍蝦汁
呢幾樣野小弟都好中意,依家咁多樣加埋一齊真係不得了
而且每一啖都可以食得出所有既材料,三文魚籽既甜味仲可以帶出麵包蟹既甜味,推薦
