Restaurant: Choi Fook Royal Banquet (iSQUARE)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 來到這家餐廳,第一件事,當然係鎖定嗰幾款招牌菜! 首先,「大壽包」出場,真係大到嚇人,捧喺手心暖哄哄,咬落去嘅感覺真係好滿足😌!豐富嘅餡料配埋香軟嘅皮,嗚嗚聲就嗌完一隻,趁佢熱辣辣嘅時候食,真係得!接著嚟嘅「脆皮南乳雞」,啖啖肉嘅質感掂晒!皮薄而脆,啪啲啪啲咁食,真係止唔住口。再講講「菜脯肉碎白飯魚煎蛋」,煎得金黃酥脆嘅蛋皮下,隱藏著豐富滋味嘅菜脯肉碎,一口咬落去,伴隨着白飯魚嘅鹹香,嘩!咁搭配,真係完美。而「密柚梅子京燒骨」就有返啲甜酸開胃嘅感覺,鎖住晒啲肉汁;最後呢個「西蘭花帶子」,又係幾出彩,帶子鮮甜彈牙,西蘭花爽脆咬口,真係美味又健康。最後存親朋一定要推介「鹹菜胡椒豬肚鯛魚片煲」,啖啖肚,舉槌靚仔,魚片滑嫩過人,胡椒香味撲鼻,呢個湯,真喺要飲到見底先至過癮🤤!而家講真,食物本身已經夠誘人,但窗外維港夜景更加係錦上添花,食嘅時候都感覺到格外消魂!下次想搵地方食飯,又攞唔定主意?呢度,絕對值得再嚟。👏👏👏
