To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前聽人講呢間菜館好食, 於是約班friend去試一試, 去之前上網睇過D食評,都已經有定心理準備, 知道佢D服務態度差, 不過冇想過可以差到呢個地步。我地一共七人, 有兩個小朋友, 最初幫我們點菜的是個女人, 佢態度都OK, 不過落落下單佢就行開左, 換左個50歲左右的阿叔(相信就係o的網友講o個個), 我繼續點菜, 叫了一個魚湯泡飯, 佢即刻話我地咁多人唔夠分, 咁我地就話想試多D款式。我總共點了六個菜, 佢話寫左五個, 因為佢中途換入, 我唔知佢寫左邊D, 叫佢重複下D菜, 佢又唔講, 算啦…你唔講我講啦, 佢又個個都話有, 激死…中途上菜o個D唔講, 到食完, 其中一人問佢: ”唔該, 請問有冇牙籤呀?”佢答: “有呀!”跟住就咁企係到, 隔左一陣就好寸咁問:”咁你係唔係要呀?”你話佢係唔係有病呀?? 最後叫左兩碗甜品, 追左三次, 話埋單唔要佢先上。食物方面, 味道好濃, 都幾味精:魚湯泡飯- OK鍋貼小棠菜–叫做最好呢個羊腩煲–OK, 不過冇特別辣子雞–一D都唔辣蜆肉炒苴菜–蜆肉有砂什菌扒鴛鴦豆腐–成碟都係豆腐杏仁蛋白奶露–唔甜, 冇杏仁味唔會有下次!!!
