To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得家庭聚會就搵左間大家都就腳既酒樓食餐飯，呢晚有7個大人兩個10歲既小朋友，我地就叫左一席，呢個餐有龍蝦有龍躉有燒鵝，16xx一席覺得都ok由於遲左收工，之前幾味餸都食得7788喇，另外有個黑松露帶子羹味道都唔錯，好過食碗仔翅，不過其他野試左d就覺得味道一般般燒鵝好大碟，份量都幾多，不過有d位就偏肥，食左兩舊都唔係好敢食喇其實菜式都好多，但個人感覺味道就真係好一般，不過由於做街坊生意，阿姐既服務都好周到，仲有得送埋糖水，呢餐真係不過不失咁啦
