To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六晚上我一人去買外賣，一隻滷水蛋、一件豆腐同一個腎，滷水蛋切開2件，豆腐同腎切片上，滷水蛋同豆腐外表微啡色，內裏白白的，腎帶深黑色，腎食落去也入味，口感不軟不硬，但食落去滷水味道又咸又苦。此外，他的營商手法真不敢恭維，佢話豆腐要至少2件，問我要唔要3件，佢表明豆腐每件10元，真係唔明點解都有MOQ。又問要唔要多隻蛋，我忍唔往同佢講食唔洒。真係有啲黑店feel。最後買單1蛋、2豆腐同1腎都要45元。真係激氣，永遠唔有下次。
