To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都覺得生記既飯好味,所以一直都有幫襯,但今日一入到門口,仲望緊個餐牌,都未開口講野,只係望左個職員一眼,職員個樣好不滿,好大聲講,叫野食就大聲d啦 聽唔到你講野啊,個聲線係大到全間鋪坐係到食緊野既客人都望過黎,我知道帶左口罩係好難睇到有無講野,但唔洗咁差態度,唔想做生意可以直接d ,唔想比錢買難受

堂食我就未試過,每次都係買返屋企食。今次就外賣咗個飯盒返公司食,超足料,啖啖肉,唔會好似某啲店鋪咁比啲頭頭尾尾嚟。滷水鵝夠入味,不會死咸。佢地既鵝翼仲正,太晏去會買唔到。

今日喺紅磡嗰邊工作,然後想食啲比較特別嘅嘢就嚟咗這間生記滷味,喺外面見到有蔡瀾同老闆嘅合照而且見到門店外面有不少報章,所以就入咗去食,食完先覺得呢間野麻麻地。今次叫咗滷水鵝飯配老火湯,滷水豬手滷水蛋先講咗滷水鵝飯6/10分,質素麻麻,師傅刀功唔得……切岀黎太薄🤨而且肉質麻麻唔太入味,唔推薦…老火湯好正常的,冇乜挑剔滷水豬手7/10分,質素都係麻麻,應該要成件上,唔應該斬開好多件,十分無言!滷水蛋7/10分呢個質素正常,都叫入味

多年前放工見排晒長龍,我一直無試過今晚試下,好味喎鵝肉有質感。汁唔會太多,唔咸,好過大坑有間米之蓮附送的中湯唔差。是日中湯是白羅白花生唔知煲咩湯,勁多白羅白。食唔晒飯,明早早餐再食。加上今日買的炒麵食唔晒。慳番早餐錢
