To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直有朋友推薦紅磡這家鹵水鵝,適逢週六在紅磡考試,中場休息時間便來朝聖一番。兩個人叫了一個鵝脾雙拼飯,外加一份鵝紅及豆腐。先試鵝腸,濃郁鹵水汁令人當堂醒神,過往食潮州鹵水多半是參雜味精味,今次這家舖頭的鹵水汁屬真材實料,桂皮八角香味十分突出。再來便是鵝紅,亦屬有驚喜,沒有鵝腥味,入口滑溜,值得推薦!

香港人嘅生活從來都係晚上先開始今日係紅磡處理完啲事一行十人就想一齊食餐飯之後先散見到生記唔駛等一於入去試下一入去坐低咩都未叫老闆就先一人上一碗湯 湯嘅蘿蔔相當入味之後我地就叫左一隻鵝 (上圖係半隻)份量都算多 而且鵝片厚薄適中 配上滷水汁相當可口 而鵝整體黎講都幾夠肥 食落唔會太乾鵝雜係去滷水品店不可缺少 上面嘅鵝雜分別係由 鵝腸、鵝腎同鵝肝組成先講鵝腸 爽口之餘亦食到啖啖嘅油香 配上滷水汁真係十分適合做送酒小食而鵝腎 爽口之餘亦相當入味 食得岀滷左好耐最後嘅鵝肝點綴左成個拼盤 真正又粉又入味完全無因為處理不當嘅內臟腥味 不得不提呢碗鵝血 (只限堂食) 食落彈牙 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~有經過開紅磡嘅朋友十分推薦你去試下佢地嘅鵝雜真係會令你想一食再食

鵝雜係去滷水品店不可缺少
上面嘅鵝雜分別係由 鵝腸、鵝腎同鵝肝組成
先講鵝腸 爽口之餘亦食到啖啖嘅油香 配上滷水汁真係十分適合做送酒小食
而鵝腎 爽口之餘亦相當入味 食得岀滷左好耐
最後嘅鵝肝點綴左成個拼盤 真正又粉又入味
完全無因為處理不當嘅內臟腥味

回娘家食飯突然好想念當年家中經常購買滷水鵝同鴨,在紅磡住多年的街坊對此店不陌生如果order半隻或一隻是可以叫師傅起骨會啖啖肉更好食 因應個人喜歡原來現在已加到$118蚊斤 買了4分1價錢大約250-300蚊 滿昂貴的 下次買滷水鴨 一隻$140 也可以起骨 這次order的滷水鵝比較瘦,要買再多小小肥會更滿足,每次購買會跟一包醋和滷水豉油 我很喜歡的味道,因為鵝沾上了醬汁食落可以減掉油膩感味道賣相衞生服務抵食推介
