To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見新開,第一次食,點咗烤雞配牛肝菌汁,油飯,雜菜。叫咗我Number我就去攞,食嘅時候覺得個汁有啲辣,我以為係辣辣地,點知越食越懷疑,我諗佢係俾咗咖喱汁我,不過味道都OK嘅。另外又返變咗薯仔但係我又已經食咗兩粒(我自己都唔記得咗點左啲乜),啲雞又已經食咗幾啖,所以冇專登去換喇,雖然我想試佢個飯多啲。同埋我以為我拎錯咗人哋個餐,不過check多次張收據同佢放喺個餐隔離嗰張單係同一個Number,咁即係我冇拎錯,真係佢俾錯。
