To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放假，搞完一大輪雜務，休息左陣，就去食左個下午茶。母親大人話想食茶木，見佢下午茶餐既份量，我應該唔會夠食😂所以叫返main menu入面既野。母親就話茶餐已經夠食，咁各取所需啦😂佢就叫左個唔知咩台式包再加碗紫菜丸湯配珍珠奶茶🧋我就叫左麻辣鴨血+黑松露醬青瓜雞絲拌麵，呢個麵食左幾次都覺得好味，仲有粒蛋，有小小流心，配既青瓜絲好好味，雞絲係雞髀肉，好滑，仲有脆花生個餐冇野飲，但我地另外叫多左個茶餐食仙草，所以就有多杯野飲🤣個芋圓仙草好味，好足料，有紅豆、豆腐花、芋圓….

我就叫左麻辣鴨血+黑松露醬青瓜雞絲拌麵，呢個麵食左幾次都覺得好味，仲有粒蛋，有小小流心，配既青瓜絲好好味，雞絲係雞髀肉，好滑，仲有脆花生
