To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同兩個朋友在觀塘辦完事後，　就在附近的Ｈｏｍｅ　Ｃａｆｅ嘆個下午茶．雖然從外表看來，這只是一間普通的快餐店，　但食物水準得確不錯，　本人認為水準比大家樂和大快活好得多～我們各自點了一個餐，１）雞髀拼沙拉　　雞髀外皮炸得很香脆，　原本不吃雞皮的也會吃２）魚塊拼薯角　　薯角很好吃，　不會覺得很油，　而且是熱騰騰的３）喇沙湯米線　　喇沙湯味道夠濃，　不得不試我最喜歡這裡的食物有很多選擇，　而且服務態度很好，　他們會很熱心向客人介紹食物，　是一間有誠意的快餐店！！！

　　雞髀外皮炸得很香脆，　原本不吃雞皮的也會吃
２）魚塊拼薯角
　　薯角很好吃，　不會覺得很油，　而且是熱騰騰的
３）喇沙湯米線
　　喇沙湯味道夠濃，　不得不試

我最喜歡這裡的食物有很多選擇，　而且服務態度很好，　他們會很熱心向客人介紹食物，　是一間有誠意的快餐店！！！
