To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

味道可以 分量太少

味道都幾地道 就係每一款的分量都好少 小龍蝦一份 大概10隻左右 其他全部都係炒料 酸菜魚都係豆芽多 魚肉分量少 味道算可以 叫左7款野食 皮蛋應該得2粒 牛展的分量都係得10塊左右 而且厚度很薄 每一份的炒料都很多 最多的是豆芽 其他的主食都是偏少的 原本打算5人叫7款夠應該夠吃 但是打開才發現有點少 不夠分 如果能增加多些分量會更加好 bb辣的程度都算幾辣下 其他不過不失 當日落好大雨 然後去取餐 經過幾經波折 個袋都唔係甘厚實 應該再套多個袋
