To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於尖沙咀遊客區二樓 在外牆上可見到香港著名食家蔡瀾的介紹 入門口是沿著窗邊的一個個卡座 每邊可坐3人 我們到達時是上午11.30 剛開始營業 服務員帶我們去就近的卡座 所以沒有再去看其他的間格一般的潮州菜式 點了最常見又容易表現主厨功力的幾款菜生腌獅蚶 新鮮 乾淨金不換炒薄殼 惹味 有鑊氣滷水鵝片 濃而不鹹 很滑普寧豆腐 及格蠔烙 煎得很香 蠔頗多糖醋煎麵 強調是雙面煎 所以很脆 超好味潮州炒魚麵 最差的 味道偏鹹反沙芋頭 熱辣辣 外層的糖很脆 最後 老板還送了清心丸綠豆爽綜合來說 味道頗正宗 但是 和九龍城樂X福(馳名幾十年的潮州食店)相比 價錢有點偏貴 不知是否遊客區和名人效應呢

生腌獅蚶 新鮮 乾淨
金不換炒薄殼 惹味 有鑊氣
滷水鵝片 濃而不鹹 很滑
普寧豆腐 及格
蠔烙 煎得很香 蠔頗多
糖醋煎麵 強調是雙面煎 所以很脆 超好味
潮州炒魚麵 最差的 味道偏鹹
反沙芋頭 熱辣辣 外層的糖很脆
最後 老板還送了清心丸綠豆爽
綜合來說 味道頗正宗 但是 和九龍城樂X福(馳名幾十年的潮州食店)相比 價錢有點偏貴 不知是否遊客區和名人效應呢
