To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

琴日Lunch難得經過深水埗，當然要去懲罰下D舖頭！🙂見基隆街咁好黃店，就隨意入左呢間。首先，呢度服務真係好好，老闆講野又好有禮貌👍🏻！呢度賣既係泰式海南雞，雞帶少少油、又滑又嫩！仲要係雞脾同雞翼位☺️！海南雞醬汁就用左雞油，薑蒜，🌶，醋，好有泰國酸辣風味！就算食哂D雞，直接配飯都一流！飯就用雞油炒過既泰國米，有雞油同薑既香氣，油而不膩！因為呢個係lunch set, 仲免費附送埋冬瓜湯同青檸水。冬瓜湯本身味道一般，味有少少清甜味，因為落左雞油所以比較香。凍青檸水就真係真材實料😂，因為飲落有點酸，飲唔慣可以加少少糖水，我覺得都ok！Lunch set 嚟講真係好抵又好食，我覺得呢間就真係唔錯！大家去開深水埗就去試下啦！
