To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身自己就唔係特別鍾意飲廢水嘅，但係因為要請同事飲嘢；所以就求其係網上外賣平台觀塘區搵咗間珍珠奶茶，有其他平啲嘅選擇，但係為咗靚啲，就揀咗呢間。第一次試花斑茶舍，整體評分7/10；整體感覺不過不失。個人認為珍珠奶茶幾樣嘢嘅姐，珍珠有冇咬口；茶味濃唔濃；啲奶香唔香。呢間一飲落去有小小飲緊冰水嘅感覺，茶味唔算特別濃；但係整體味道okay ge，珍珠唔錯幾有咬口，正常甜度唔算太甜。如果唔係一班人叫，應該唔會再叫，冇乜特別。。。
