To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「牛奶冰室」嘅靚早餐，試咗佢哋嘅沙嗲牛肉麵同埋咖啡。總括黎講，嗰啲嘢嘅味道都唔錯。首先講下沙嗲牛肉麵，佢哋嘅牛肉煮得剛剛好，肉質鮮嫩，配上香辣嘅沙嗲醬汁，味道好開胃。湯底亦都有啲濃郁嘅牛肉味，令整個麵碗更加美味。麵條彈牙有嚼勁，係一份好滿足嘅早餐選擇。至於咖啡，「牛奶冰室」嘅咖啡係一款香濃而且順滑嘅咖啡。喝落去有一種濃郁嘅咖啡香氣，唔會太苦，啲人都會鍾意佢嘅口感。特別係喺早上飲一杯，真係可以提神同享受一個悠閒嘅開始。「牛奶冰室」嘅靚早餐給嘅感覺係舒服同滿足。呢度嘅食物唔需要大讚，但各樣嘢嘅味道都唔錯。
