To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 像免治牛肉炒河,真係未見過碎到見唔到有牛肉,牛奶公司越來越離晒譜,品質越來越差,這間常見自己員工朋友親戚來食嘢就偷雞唔收錢或免運食嘢俾1️⃣半錢,細細聲講當其他人儍😵💫。

今日帶個女去課外活動,放活動前要搵啲嘢食。見到呢間門口有人排隊,應該冇衰啦。等咗三個字就入到去,妒忌啦。我嗌咗蒸魚飯配牛奶。因為呢間係牛奶冰室,所以特登叫咗佢餐飲最牛奶。我個飯都幾大碟,午餐嚟講好夠食,我差啲食唔晒。另外仲叫咗芝士菠蘿包,都係第一次食呢款菠蘿包,味道比我想像中好食,唔會好奇怪。我老婆叫咗個嫩雞米線你個女,入邊有啲蕃茄,感覺好似健康啲。味道整體都唔錯,而且都唔算貴,佢有啲平時冇嘅嘢食,下次應該會再嚟。

送咗小朋友返學之後就約咗同學媽媽一齊嚟牛奶冰室食早餐,其實牛奶冰室都係百分百集團,所以啲早餐都係大同小異!因為而家好少餐廳嘅早餐又五香肉丁米食,見到呢度有得食就order咗呢個餐額外再加咗炒蛋同多士!點知……🙈 五香肉丁米嚟到嘅賣相勁奇怪!個湯底係黃色好似咖喱咁,然後唔知點解會有啲綠色菜喺度🧐🧐完全唔係我心目中嘅五香肉丁米😔 但味道嚟講都未至於好差,都仲可以放得入口嘅,只不過有啲失望🥺炒蛋呢就普普通通啦,多士都過得去💁🏻♀️不過早餐嚟講,我覺得選擇唔算多,如果有得揀,下次未必會再嚟呢度食早餐🙈
