To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在將軍澳坑口的牛奶冰室,點了份經典的豬扒炒公仔麵作為下午茶小憩。公仔麵選用日清出品,保持著適中的彈牙度,炒製火候恰到好處,不會過軟或太乾。豬扒經過醃製,肉質尚算嫩滑,吃起來略帶甜味,可惜厚度稍嫌不夠統一,部分邊緣略顯乾硬。醬汁以蠔油為主調,鹹香適中,與麵條融合得宜,為平實的食材增添層次。配菜的豆芽爽脆,青葱點綴其中,為口感和視覺都添上亮點。熱奶茶選用錫蘭紅茶,茶味香濃,奶香度適中,甜度也拿捏得宜。整體而言,這頓下午茶體現了港式茶餐廳的典型水準,雖不算驚艷,卻能讓人感受到溫暖踏實的市井味道。在繁忙的港式生活節奏中,這樣的一頓下午茶確實能讓人暫時放鬆心情。

呢間牛奶冰室不過不失,我哋今次食咗幾樣唔同嘅菜式。首先,酸菜魚湯好開胃,湯底鮮甜,酸菜嘅味道令整個湯更加有層次,魚片又嫩滑,食落去特別舒服,真係一碗好嘅湯。整體來講,呢間冰室嘅菜式多樣化,味道都唔錯

像免治牛肉炒河,真係未見過碎到見唔到有牛肉,牛奶公司越來越離晒譜,品質越來越差,這間常見自己員工朋友親戚來食嘢就偷雞唔收錢或免運食嘢俾1️⃣半錢,細細聲講當其他人儍😵💫。

今日帶個女去課外活動,放活動前要搵啲嘢食。見到呢間門口有人排隊,應該冇衰啦。等咗三個字就入到去,妒忌啦。我嗌咗蒸魚飯配牛奶。因為呢間係牛奶冰室,所以特登叫咗佢餐飲最牛奶。我個飯都幾大碟,午餐嚟講好夠食,我差啲食唔晒。另外仲叫咗芝士菠蘿包,都係第一次食呢款菠蘿包,味道比我想像中好食,唔會好奇怪。我老婆叫咗個嫩雞米線你個女,入邊有啲蕃茄,感覺好似健康啲。味道整體都唔錯,而且都唔算貴,佢有啲平時冇嘅嘢食,下次應該會再嚟。
