To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日喺佐敦剪完頭髮再去九龍城食野。今次無去食泰菜,求其揀間野黎試。衙前塱道的選擇也不少,有金寶、餃子等。因在OR都有見過關於渝薌烤魚的食評,於是就入去一試。要了雞翼魚湯米線 ($25)。等了一會兒就來了。湯底呈奶白色,望落好似好濃咁。試一啖,嘩,咁淡嘅?完全唔咸,魚鮮味不濃。好在枱上有鹽,要加鹽先有咸味囉。米線煮得太淋,口感打折扣。最有味嘅都係雞翼,炸得幾香口。醃料又夠味,咸加少少辣。見有好多人食一盤盤嘅魚。好似幾惹味,不過一定要多人先食得晒。
