To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假早起,唔係唔嘆個靚靚早餐呀,適逢早幾日係Facebook 見到屋企附近有新野開,又好似唔錯喎,就去踩踩場。可能早,未算好多人,都唔駛等位,就等我會下你啦,究竟係咪真係好似Facebook 講到咁正先!叫左一個鳳凰手撕雞鮮茄湯咖哩通粉,配炒蛋厚多士,另外仲叫左鮮粟米忌廉湯通粉,同樣都係跟炒蛋厚多士。食物都幾快上,不過我就有少少失望,明明網上條片好大碟,點解實物咁細份既!唔緊要,試埋個味道先!鳳凰手撕雞鮮茄湯咖哩通粉,配炒蛋厚多士($40)嗱,手撕雞個份量同圖片你見到既一樣,真係唔多,有兩條仲係雞皮添但係,雞係幾有雞味,有咬口,我幾鐘意,如果份量多少少就更加好。個湯都好濃,有少少似冬蔭公味,有蕃茄既酸同咖哩既辣,又幾夾幾好味,我最後係飲晒成個湯既鮮粟米忌廉湯通粉,配炒蛋厚多士 ($34)估唔到腸仔有兩條,算你啦個湯底唔錯,香濃夠味,似茶餐廳果d 白湯,但又有粒粒粟米,同樣,湯係飲晒,一滴不漏另外要講個炒蛋厚多士,個蛋係細份,但我覺得岩岩好,因為加左奶去炒,食太多會好膩,但真係幾香滑我都要讚下塊厚多士,烘得好均勻,牛油都搽得平均,正最後希望老闆可以睇到,食物水準係好好,但份量可以多少少,

但係,雞係幾有雞味,有咬口,我幾鐘意,如果份量多少少就更加好。

另外要講個炒蛋厚多士,個蛋係細份,但我覺得岩岩好,因為加左奶去炒,食太多會好膩,但真係幾香滑



我都要讚下塊厚多士,烘得好均勻,牛油都搽得平均,正



最後希望老闆可以睇到,食物水準係好好,但份量可以多少少,因為連我細胃小女子都未能滿足到。
