To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中秋節翌日,趁假期入嚟東涌行下,第一件事搵地方醫肚先😋,見到呢間越泰餐廳,又唔使等位,就一於試試,行到門口櫃位,有位着黑衫嘅男職員(名牌好似叫 Ching)望咗我地一眼後就低下頭招待,兩位掃咗安心出行先,時間為12:29分,然後佢身旁嘅女職員就帶咗我地入座,揀好咗食物後,開始搜尋一下在場侍應幫我地落單,遇溺咗一陣之後(舉手示意落單),終於有位叫阿Yee嘅女職員幫我地落單,首先叫咗份春卷,回覆話冇春卷,咁就叫其他小食,叫埋主食同飲品,阿Yee語氣略差地12:35分落完單,我就聽到隔離枱喺度追食物,話碟飯好耐都未嚟,隔咗一陣,好快地首先上咗碗生牛肉河,眼見d牛肉已經熟到「鞋」,就問位冇帶名牌嘅女侍應,會唔會搞錯咗,我地係order「生牛肉」,女侍應就回覆話佢地d牛肉係生嘅,用熱湯淥熟d牛肉先上枱(莫名其妙嘅答案🤔後來睇番張單,侍應係落咗熟牛肉🙄),跟住我order嘅喇沙海鮮玻璃麵都嚟喇,第一件事當然係試下個湯底先,果然冇令我失望,夠濃郁,少少辣,我差不多飲哂成個湯,食到咁上下,近乎碗麵都食完,D小食仲未到,就搵咗位叫Johnson嘅侍應幫我地跟進(呢位非常有禮貌)大概過多10分鐘左右,第一
