To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情之下好多人都會選擇買嘢返屋企食自己都有一段時間冇食元氣壽司，主要都係而家日本嘢真係越開越多選擇亦都越來越多元氣相比之下有時會比下去不過今日都破例食飯咁但係去到夜晚時分可能因為比較人多嘅關係所以外賣要等40分鐘其實都有少少過分而家推出左一個優惠就係買一盤一盤嗰啲會仲有優惠咁係選擇都唔算好多嘅情況之下揀呢啲反而冇咁頭痕味道的確同咁多年來嘅元氣都係一樣我就會平佢為中等水平，北寄貝仍然都會有啲沙，其他嗰啲就恰到好處唔係有太大驚喜
