To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放假都要出街,因為要去買體脂磅,監控一下身體狀況,買磅要出錢又出力,咁梗係要食好啲食飽啲,唔係邊有力托回家😊呢間連鎖店分店,自從搬舖後已經有好幾年冇食過。小鍋米線麻酸小辣,配腩肉豬膶。湯底唔錯,辣度啱啱好,但是麻味唔覺,酸味反而幾出。腩肉同豬膶都比較嚡,尤其是豬潤,好硬實😕唔知係咪煮嘅時間太長。題外話~我係1人入座,用膠板隔開同枱2位食客,落單後侍應安排另一位客人搭枱,因為疫情進入第四波,我不希望和陌生人面對面進餐而要求調枱,擾攘一番,最後都能另作安排。

湯底唔錯,辣度啱啱好,但是麻味唔覺,酸味反而幾出。
腩肉同豬膶都比較嚡,尤其是豬潤,好硬實😕唔知係咪煮嘅時間太長。
