To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小雨天大概是葵青區學生的集體回憶,也不知道它在葵廣多少年了,由從嚴一間小店到愈做愈大,會再回來,大概都是情懷。小鍋米線配雞翼秀珍菇:忘記了叫辣,於是店員就幫我走辣,不知是否因此,味道淡了些,但湯底味道和從前一樣,肉碎和酸菜配合依然味美。秀珍菇和雞翼就是一般味道,畢竟令小雨天出名的是小鍋米線,就不要期望太多。骨湯蠔仔肉碎泡飯:有點驚喜,,蠔仔份量不多,但湯底補上,不過湯底的骨味不重,倒是有啲芹菜清香。總結:比從前店鋪大了,多了位置,價錢貴了,味道依舊,但味道淡了,希望能回復最初水準,但願下次吃的不是情懷,而是更美味的小雨天。

骨湯蠔仔肉碎泡飯:有點驚喜,,蠔仔份量不多,但湯底補上,不過湯底的骨味不重,倒是有啲芹菜清香。

總結:比從前店鋪大了,多了位置,價錢貴了,味道依舊,但味道淡了,希望能回復最初水準,但願下次吃的不是情懷,而是更美味的小雨天。
