佢地嘅汤好鲜甜,无论隔咗几耐离都可以保持水准,猪肝非爽滑路线,猪肝用酒腌过有助去除异味,然后小小酒味同汤混合后,更觉汤头鲜甜而不单调,然后仲试咗个鸭濑,鸭冇骚味,好有鸭香,个汤相比普通款有更多甘草、萝卜等香料味道,都唔错,但我更中意普通款冇咁复杂的材料已有自然鲜甜味道
