To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 踏入這家餐廳,嗅到嘅第一陣香味已經係引人入勝😋。首先黎到塊乳豬皮,真係脆到彈牙,仲有叉燒肥而不膩,味道宜人得嚟唔會俘躄口。轉個頭試咗咕嚕肉,簡直驚喜,甜薯與肉嘅口感恰到好處,一口唔夠食!沙巴龍躉肉質絲滑,入口即溶,幾好食嘅!雞皮香脆,肉質嫩滑,輕輕一拉就散開嚟,飽滿嘅口感真係無得頂!不過啊,濃湯魚腐浸菜苗有啲過鹹,影響咗整體食感。講實話,份量大到驚人,難怪隔籬枱都邊食邊打包😂。著實值得一試嘅酒家,質量同份量都係完美嘅組合。呢度嘅食物真係令人滿意到讚嘆不已!下次再嚟,一定仲要試其他菜式!👍🤤🥢
