To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和朋友相约饮早茶,朋友们毫不犹豫选了这家,为了去吃这家早茶少等一些时间,特意起了早,赶在九点半左右到店就餐,这些吃的都是同学点的,酥皮焗叉烧鲜虾烧麦潮州蒸果粉白灼生菜,这些味道都非常赞,本人口味来看比较推荐。
