To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟到呢間茶餐廳，跟朋友一齊揀咗齊人氣早餐A同C，先講返A嘅鮮粟米忌廉湯通粉，簡直係無得輸！湯底超級濃郁，粟米香甜喺口腔綻放，簡直係滋味爆燈！🌟呀，嗰碟炒蛋仲要輕柔得嚟，微微嘅蔥香又帶啲清新。咬落去有陣陣奶香，梗係要讚一讚。不過個奶油朱就仲有進步空間，未夠色香味俱全。早餐C個沙嗲黑豚一丁就有少少令人掛住嘅感覺，豚肉嫩滑，但沙嗲味道就未夠掂，略嫌淡口。話說返，蔥花炒蛋卻又係令人心情大好，蛋香四溢。🍳講到芝士咖哩蛋包飯，就真係全場焦點呢個碟。粉亮嘅蛋皮包住綿滑白飯，同埋咖哩同芝士汁個組合，喺口裏融合得就叫一個准！咖哩微辣帶點甜味，芝士汁同咖哩層次分明，真係錦上添花。🍛整體嚟講，依間茶餐廳絕對值得你試吓！口味得嚟又港式地道，真係一個滿足普羅大眾嘅好地方。下次心血來潮想食民間小確幸，記得黎呢度坐坐哦！👍
