To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 味道OK，但人手很不足！

這間店都開了一段時間。上年試過1次堂食，之後就無再去堂食了。原因是坐位編排與隔離枱近。中間雖然有膠板，但自我感覺不習慣。所以沒再堂食。這次就試試外賣，收銀櫃檯本身已有幾個客人要處理，剛好有一個有點問題要處理耐一點，等了約10分鐘。另一職員先幫我落單，再過去收銀付費。付費後又再等約20分鐘才有得取。真的等到頸長。由等落單至取外賣，最少都半小時。他們有外賣自取熱線，或許下次試打熱線先落單。今次叫了午餐。蝦仁炒蛋加熱杏霜。蝦仁大隻，蛋滑有蛋味。另外配了甜豉油，自己可選擇加多少落去。份量來說，比起新開FOOD COURT那間兩餸飯的蝦仁炒蛋，雖然不算多，但還算夠飽。幾十蚊午餐來說，味道都算幾好食。外賣的熱杏霜都幾大杯，味道OK。總體來說，主要是人手不足，影響了服務質素。味道算幾好食。
