To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 拉麵癮發作, 決定放左工一定要去搵間拉麵店食晚餐。 上網 search search, 發現佐敦其實都有好幾間拉麵店, 所以就落左去踫運氣。 由白加士街頭開始行, 見到呢間拉麵店仲未有太多人等,  最後就決定試試。 門口放左幾張櫈俾人坐住排隊等, 等左5分鐘左右就入得。 店內有一張好大張嘅長枱同長吧枱, 基本上D食客係圍住呢兩張枱坐。 食客想食咩就喺張紙上剔, 剔完寫座號後就可以交俾店員。 今次叫左一碗赤熊拉麵 & 一碟熊自家製餃子。赤熊拉麵我揀左1.5mm中幼麵 & 瘦叉燒, 塊叉燒都算大塊, 但切得好薄。 個湯底係微辣 (因為係”赤”), 如果豬骨味再濃厚D會更好。 碗麵有蔥 & 木耳, 如要追加配料要再加錢。 整體黎講, 碗拉麵味道OK, 但唔算非常突出。熊自家製餃子煎得好香口, 外皮香脆, 入面D肉汁都仲保留到, 唔錯唔錯
