To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到WEEKEND, 同家人去左星月樓嘆嘆茶, 試試佢D點心先. 我地1點去到, 都唔使等位就有枱啦, 上到去都見到無乜吉枱, 我地被安排左坐魚缸位置, 坐得舒服.三星燒賣, 三星原本分別有鮑魚仔, 冬菇同蟹柳, 但個黎既時侯張單痴住左舊蟹柳, 呀姐一手MEET左張單就連舊蟹柳都扯走埋.... 呢個味道普普通通啦.雪山叉燒飽, 個皮好脆, 叉燒餡熱辣辣, 好味!仲叫左, 黑糖馬拉糕, 嘩, 呢個好得, 同出面普通馬拉糕大不同, 好香黑糖味, 又鬆軟, 好正!奶皇飽, 都幾流, 但唔夠沙, 多D疍黃就好了椰汁棗糕, 幾有棗味, 但無乜椰汁味.蝦餃, 個皮厚左D, 味OK春風得意巻, 呢個得! 裡面係蘿蔔絲米巻, 味道清甜又香口, 好味呀!個疍煎珍珠雞就味道一般, 落得太多胡椒粉一般既酒樓, 未至於另我會再轉頭咁囉!
