Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然門口很多人等位,但等了不久,便能入座了!鮑汁鳳爪: 鳳爪煮得剛好,不冧,不散。芋茸流沙包: 可能因即蒸的關係,所以ㄧ囗咬下去,芋茸流出,芋茸的味道剛好,有芋味,又不太甜,推介!陳皮牛肉球: 不過不失.黄沙豬潤腸粉: 這ㄧ款點心,不是在很多點心店會常見的,所以趁機點吃!略嫌黄沙豬潤太少,吃不出黃沙豬潤與腸粉配搭出來的味道!由於每碟點心也是即叫即蒸,所以要等15-20分鐘,不過,這樣就能吃到熱騰騰的點心了!

黄沙豬潤腸粉: 這ㄧ款點心,不是在很多點心店會常見的,所以趁機點吃!略嫌黄沙豬潤太少,吃不出黃沙豬潤與腸粉配搭出來的味道!

由於每碟點心也是即叫即蒸,所以要等15-20分鐘,不過,這樣就能吃到熱騰騰的點心了!
