牛脆骨即系牛氣管,水記每日都系得兩三碗,牛脆骨有少少軟骨,帶有少少肉,口感脆軟冧冧地,以前老豆成日食煙,老媽子經想叫佢食,話補番吓條氣管,得吾得真系無人知。好多人都鐘意食爽腩,但我覺得瘦腩好食啲,吾會好多油,一咬落去肉質就分開,好有新鮮牛肉嘅鮮味,湯底依然清甜,相比日本拉面,40幾蚊碗面,份量十足,低食過好多茶記。今日都未算熱,都食到成身濕晒,相比上次冬天,真系有D難頂,大家襯未盛夏,快啲食多碗。
