啱啱畢業出嚟做嘢嗰時,好興食韓國菜。好記得呢間過江龍當年喺香港開第一間時,拎籌等三個鐘先有得食前菜同醬料都喺自助bar自取,泡菜、酸蘿蔔片、醃青瓜、沙律菜、包肉食嘅生菜,全部都係任食。用QR code落單後好快就上齊晒每次嚟食必點嘅招牌菜-喜來烤肉,卷成玫瑰花形上枱好靚。其實係少脂肪肉味濃嘅牛板腱牛肉有醬汁浸住,但唔會醃得太甜太濃味。餐牌上最貴嘅一款牛肉就係呢個真雪花牛肉,係平時打邊爐成日食到嘅牛小排。油花超靚係完美嘅狀態,呢個都係必點!無預先醃過或者調味,適合燒完蘸海鹽同麻油食牛五花係切成薄片嘅半肥瘦牛肉片,落咗韓國醬油同梨蓉,每面燒幾秒就食得。味道甜甜地,夾生菜食一流石鍋牛肉拌飯份量多又足料,拌飯醬係另外上,想撈幾多食幾辣都得。鍋底有搽麻油所以完全無痴底,而且仲有飯焦食韓國菜泡菜都係主菜,有得任食泡菜真係好吸引,雖然唔會食到好多自助bar泡菜都有兩款,喜來泡菜同酸泡菜。喜來泡菜好似喺韓國食到嗰種,醃得唔耐,菜比較爽脆無咁酸。爐邊蛋都可以無限任添,有芝士同泡菜味。店員落芝士同泡菜都好慷慨,啖啖都足料,超正總括嚟講食物質素高,口味咁多年都保持到正宗,肉類選擇比一般韓燒餐廳多價錢又合理,
