To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天口熱, 係離島一返到中環, 即刻想飲杯手搖飲品消下暑. 識認最近碼頭既, 應該係環球大廈地下既哩間茶湯會.成日都經過, 但真係未試過, 好窩心地入面有4個坐位可以坐住黎飲, 涼住冷氣, 坐低抖下, 飲返杯野, 真係一絕. 原來都好多外國人幫襯架喎, 不過可能太多人幫襯, 而員工又隔開左唔係大廳度, 所以垃圾筒滿左都冇人清理, 哩個有少少扣分喇.因為太晏既關係, 都唔敢飲茶類飲品, 驚夜晚瞓唔著. 所以揀左檸檬蘆薈蜜, 通常飲手搖, 我都會揀微糖同去冰既, 可能減得太多糖, 所以檸檬味比較酸, 每一啖都酸到變超人咁, 不過太熱既關係, 飲返杯凍飲, 真係消晒暑. 最特別既係佢既蘆薈係非常大粒, 一般其他餐廳落既蘆薈, 都只係得三分一尾指甲咁大架啫, 但係哩杯係成塊尾指甲咁大, 非常有趙頭, 仲索左少少檸檬味, 哩下真係好叮一聲既.
