睇到<飲食男女>,特登走去試,話係全港最正宗既喇沙喎...先唔講食物住,先講服務,個侍應見到門口有人都扮睇我地唔到,又唔招呼人坐~~係門口舉手都當人冇到...激氣...見到分別有Special 同Traditional 既Laksa 同Prawn Mee, 問下個待應有咩分別,原來Special 既會有3 隻好大既蝦,而湯底則special and traditional is just the same!!! So 我地點了一個traditional laksa 同一個traditional Prawn Mee.先講蝦麵,湯底一D 蝦味都冇,仲係magazine 到話自己用20 斤蝦煲湯,又用唔知幾多斤豬骨煲(侍應話),叫我地要試下湯,死啦,用20 斤蝦都煲唔出蝦湯應有既味,只係有D 雲吞麵湯底既味,都唔知用咩蝦咩方法煮...向"蝦麵店"偷下師先啦!! 配料既蝦仔得3 隻,仲要係開邊,係,開邊既做法係同係馬拉食係一樣,但個人都係鐘意成隻食,咁先至有口感...總之,蝦仔唔彈牙,湯底完全唔掂,唔會再試.仲有個喇沙,對佢特別有期望,因為自己好鍾意食喇沙.....點知....

仲有個喇沙,對佢特別有期望,因為自己好鍾意食喇沙.....點知......湯底厚到好似忌廉湯咁,又唔夠椰汁味,又冇喇沙應有既濃香,杰杰咁好似落左好多花奶咁,而且仲超咸,連湯都飲唔落口......好失望....i just missed laksa so much!!!!配料都ok.. 不過真係一點都不正宗,magazine都唔可靠....
