To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友去尖沙咀行街，朋友喺外國返嚟，一直念念不忘香港嘅燒鵝，我哋就求其喺附近搵咗一間有燒鵝食嘅鋪頭。門口寫到明係招牌嘅燒鵝，應該唔差，我哋就叫咗一個上莊 $138. 以呢個價錢來講算係ok, 肉質都實嘅，有汁。可能我哋掛住影相同傾計個燒鵝放咗一陣先食凍咗少少，如果唔係嘅話個皮應該會更脆。上莊多肉得嚟夠juicy. 見到皮都算薄。除咗燒味，依間餐廳仲有其他選擇，好似係泰菜越菜等。我哋再叫多咗個咖喱軟殼蟹鍋，再加法式蒜蓉包。顏色鮮艷吸引原來成個鍋仲會擺上爐上面加熱軟殼蟹嘅份量比想像中多，而且夠大件。軟殼蟹再加上咖喱非常惹味。蒜蓉法包有四件，點埋落咖哩汁度更好食。
