To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去左尖沙咀行街，經過見到呢間餐都幾多人食，有好多遊客，餐廳除左燒味仲有越南野食。我地叫左個脆皮蝦餅湯檬 $72，除左蝦餅仲有札肉，越式蝦餅無泰式咁炸，但加埋雞醬都好食，個檬粉質地不錯，有咬口，個湯又唔會太淡。叫個湯粉配飲品半價，朋友叫菠蘿冰 $32半價，好多菠蘿，都幾甜；而我就正價叫左新鮮椰青 $38，凍冰冰，清甜仲有椰肉食。越式軟殼蟹米紙卷 $68，有6 件，個軟殼蟹好香口，米紙卷個米粉就無乜味，要沾汁食！見好多食客都食燒味，都好吸引，不過我地唔太肚餓，就咁叫左個紅燒乳鴿 $68，賣相吸引之餘仲好惹味。
