渣甸街好熱鬧,想揀一個寧靜嘅食肆,位於12樓的天膳,裝修簡約,叫左幾樣食物。前菜三款先食清甜的蕃茄、濃味嘅螺肉、清爽嘅髮菜、鮮甜嘅蟹肉、最後食清新嘅龍珠果。波子汽水滑蛋鰻魚柳村鍋(配白飯)比較濃味嘅一個鍋物,在鍋中的鰻魚口感比較軟,鍋內的蔬菜類同菇類顯得清甜,加上有滑蛋,有白飯就最夾。紫菜鱚魚卷(粉紅色的鹽)我就覺得唔需要再加鹽,就咁食已經好食,入口有香脆嘅紫菜,再食到入面鱚魚嘅魚肉鮮味。和牛壽喜燒食嘅時候將蛋黃夾開,蛋汁令到和牛更滑更香,壽喜燒汁帶甜令鍋內嘅豆腐、京葱、蘆筍、紅蘿蔔仔都更美味。

我就覺得唔需要再加鹽,就咁食已經好食,入口有香脆嘅紫菜,再食到入面鱚魚嘅魚肉鮮味。
