約左個客同老細打算呢度食晏,但係食到成肚氣。一個星期前已經預約左。因為要招待客人,就miss左staff confirmation 電話,之後有打番過去confirm。抵達果陣,個女店長已經唔係好客氣指責我唔聽電話,咁我都冇出聲。老細唔係太想食lunch set,個女店長態度好差,話:「我地booking 好full 架,你唔食野就唔應該book。」大佬,姐係我明你可能有最低消費要求,但係你都可以提議單點或者drink menu,唔洗咁嘅態度呀?老細都有單點番啲野食同飲野。而我地其他人都有點set。之後食到一半,個女店長又黎料🙃話要調我地去bar 台,因為有客人係老人家,唔方便。但係成程語氣都幾強硬,人地有老人家,但係我係見緊客,卡位方便傾業務。加上我一個星期前就book 左位,如果佢地咁想坐卡位,你地咪提議第二日囉。我忍唔住話:「我地有預約架wor,唔調」雖然野食可以,但係服務真係好差,唔會再黎。 continue reading
