Each mouthful of wagyu slice dipped in yolk is just pure bliss of happiness, highly marbled n super tender🤤personally prefer wagyu donburi with genrous amount of beefu, even their rice is filled with bits of wagyu🫰🏼tsukeman topped with ozaki beef, broth is made by brewing of wagyu bone for more than a day, holds onto the noods really well but its slightly too salty for me🥢 will definitely revisit when im craving for wagyu, imagine how goooodd it is, still drooling when im typing this😂
碧咸都話好食你唔係唔嚟試掛?呢間和牛專門店雖然每次嚟都要等位,但真係好出色。舖頭入面有部自助機,齊人買完飛先可以入座。餐廳裝修簡約,只可以容納到12位客人,吧枱座位仲可以望到師傅用噴槍燒和牛。相信大家一定係你哋嘅ig feed 不斷見到佢哋嘅招牌手勢,上菜方式就係拎住碗麵俾食客影相,好有氣勢。
薄切嫩滑嘅和牛沾咗蛋漿,配上淡淡嘅油香味,真係好高質。和牛丼比較有驚喜,除咗牛嘅份量多啲之外,啲飯仲要撈咗啲和牛碎。沾麵用咗宮崎尾和牛骨髓熬製咗超過一日,掛麵配濃郁嘅湯都唔錯,但係有啲鹹。鍾意食和牛嘅一定要黎試吓,真係食過返尋味。
