今次嚟到銅鑼灣,食日式火鍋,一人一鍋嘅模式好多餐廳都有,但係呢間係食過最正宗同最正嘅餐牌嘅設計好有日式風味,彷彿返咗日本老家嘅餐廳食嘢咁我同朋友叫咗兩個壽喜燒套餐,嘢飲嚟咗先,係檸檬梳打同提子梳打炭酸飲品好多氣,打邊爐飲就最夾檸檬味帶少少酸,而提子味就偏甜然後其他嘢都陸續上嚟因為兩個都係壽喜燒,所以除咗肉之外其他嘢係一樣嘅,有生日本雞蛋,玉子燒,味噌湯,漬物同白飯 玉子燒入面有蔥,幾香,漬物方面就係有紫蘇葉嘅味道,同埋鹹菜朋友揀咗普通嘅牛肉,肥瘦都適中,而我揀咗鹿兒島黑牛和牛牛肉係一位講日文嘅日本人端上嘅,佢用心咁介紹咗一下,仔細一問先知原來佢係日本嚟嘅老闆娘(當時諗,如果我哋識日文就好啦)和牛有好靚嘅雪花,雖然脂肪較多,但因為薄切,所以都好正鍋入面有滿滿嘅蔬菜 本菇,大蔥,娃娃菜,豆腐,芋絲,蘿蔔本菇有好大梳,大蔥都切得好大段,同其他蔬菜一齊煮完,個湯充滿蔬菜嘅甜可能因為係新餐廳,所以啲爐具好新淨個火好猛,好快就滾湯底十分濃稠,係甜甜嘅醬油香,當啲蔬菜開始熟,我都忍唔住落牛啦啲和牛牛肉本身已經好靚,輕輕過下個湯就熟透和牛片變得晶瑩剔透,食落入口即溶,嫩滑得嚟肉質好淋,唔使咬咁濟就已經

朋友嘅普通牛肉都幾好食,比起和牛,普通嘅肥牛片較有咬口同肉感
浸泡係壽喜燒嘅汁之後,再沾一轉打好嘅蛋汁,入口充滿蛋香好juicy
撈多幾碗白飯都仲得
