契妹牛一要食和牛,早就選定要一試神戶過江龍「燒肉石田屋」!位於世貿中心十樓嘅銅鑼灣分店部份座位都有海景睇。燈光柔和嘅用餐大堂寬廣通爽,空間感足。以木為主嘅裝潢時尚簡潔得黎滲透著和風味,最可愛就係四週掛出嘅牛牛旗。長輩要小肥提及洗手間位置潔淨企理。走廊通道上可見神戶靚牛嘅證書及奬座。遇上疫情都可以喺香港連開兩間分店,絕對唔講得笑!電子落單流程其實相當簡易,不過駐場嘅俊哥哥同業哥哥都好樂意幫忙。飲品項目有三頁。最早到嘅酒鬼第一時間當然係要歡樂一番啦!如果客人想自己帶酒,開瓶費為$300/樽。厚本餐牌中日英對照,並附有彩圖,簡單易明。首頁「石田屋」嘅簡介。單點及拼盤燒煮菜式共有五頁可選。一品料理則有兩頁。甜品都有一頁。不想費神可以點乜都有啲嘅「料理長推薦套餐」。週末原來啱啱新出咗個「燒肉石田屋社長推薦套餐」,原價$980/位,暫可以體驗價$788/位享用。每位席上都擺有齊備嘅自用餐具及調味料。牛魔王家族預訂咗幾客嚴選極套餐($598)。套餐嘅前菜、刺身及沙律一氣過以拼盤呈上。碟子最中央嘅海老刺身爽潤鮮甜,旁邊嘅帶子白滑幼嫩,兩款泡菜爽脆香辣,慢煮和牛亦柔潤肥美。七款特選燒肉分三碟上。第一款牛
