To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 初一第一餐lunch揀左食溫野菜。之前食過印象中幾好,坐得舒服,所以今日行過經過諗都冇諗就入咗去啦。我叫咗自選三款(豚肉,牛頸脊,同埋牛胸腹肉)set,男朋友叫咗和牛set。食咗佢和牛(澳洲M9+日本黑毛和牛)之後,我發現我三碟完全比唔上,好大分別。兩款和牛入口即溶,日本果隻味道更加一流。我既就厚啲實啲,三款嚟講得牛胸腹肉比較OK,另外兩款麻麻地,感覺唔係咁值。湯底叫左月見壽喜燒同蕃茄湯一齊share,感覺係淥肉既就壽喜燒湯好啲,淥菜就蕃茄湯好啲,菜係壽喜燒湯會比較咸,同埋淥肉後浸雞蛋汁增加口感👍🏻👍🏻甜品加咗一個雪糕黑糖抹茶,好食又抵加錢($10),比我想像中大球。整體來講唔錯喇~
