和牛蕃地方係TOWER 535 1樓 ,但要提既係 地方比較奇怪d 因為個個地方同時有3間餐廳的,所以好多人剛上去時係以為行錯, 如果搵唔到地方可以問下店員, 佢地都好樂意答.呢到d茶係咁樣型式, 飲完可以加茶的,我地今次試既係dinner set A.基本配置由左到右,分別係sushi既醬油, 燒汁, 檸檬and海鹽.牛小扒係沙律入面係偏重味,沙律就清新既帶小小apple醋既味.我個風格比較中意連埋蕃茄撈埋黎食, 咁樣就會酸酸甜甜,但又保持到牛肉個種重味,而菜又可以減少牛肉個種油膩感.和牛多士配蛋黃醬呢,就主要係食多士個個脆感, 咬落去係好鬆脆, 牛肉味本身濃加埋蛋黃醬呢個係好濃味既一道菜黎.左邊既Sushi, 和牛本身薄切, 味道入口即溶既感覺, 加上海膽新鮮, 點小小醬油味道一流.牛舌開始係燒野食既部分, 客人可以選擇自己燒或者係佢地燒, 一般情況下無咩特別提既話就係店員燒既,同時都可以解決了因客人燒得唔好浪費牛既既情況!牛舌唔係和牛黎, 因為日本係唔俾內藏帶離日本,所以正常應該食唔到和牛舌,牛舌比較厚身,煮既時候無咁易變成硬紙.口感帶爽口.右手邊講起就係牛小排,牛腩肉, 同西冷

右手邊講起就係牛小排,牛腩肉, 同西冷,  牛小扒我覺得係第2好食, 牛小扒本身肉味係比較濃既都, 有一定厚度, 口感比較爽口,
中間既牛腩位就係薄切牛黎, 但大件, 卷埋一齊食口感都係唔錯, 肉味無牛小扒咁高.
西冷係3件之中最好食, 油味有D重既, 有小小入口即溶既感覺.

肉眼係味道最濃既一部分, 薄切係口感上就無咁爽口, 但係就好滑, 尤其佢會將牛打落隻蛋加黑松露食.
味道相當強烈,食完牛會有小小飯打均D汁食埋佢.

最後會有一個和牛醬閣條麵, 麵係十分彈牙, 煮得岩岩好, 唔會過軟, 牛肉醬小小帶硬, 打得好碎,
味道都好濃, Cheese 係味濃得黎又唔會擋到牛肉味, 成個set最好既地方, 係控制飽度上係岩岩好, 又唔會覺得唔夠食,
又唔會過多.

最後會有一個小杯雪葩.店員都好熱心講解同燒野食技術都好好. 體驗好好.!
