西環表妹約食飯,看來她又找到新玩意。原來就是西湖里附近的西班牙餐廳,在神秘的專Lift,就來到餐廳了!有室內,有露天的座位。不過天氣轉涼,自己還是喜歡室內的座位,感受那西班牙的熱情吧!Sunday Brunch包6款小食各一,而2款主菜是任食,再加一份西班牙甜品。 二杯飲品先上來!  Mix Spanish Cold Cuts   Ham shoulder, cheese, chorizo, olives and tomato bread  火腿,西班牙辣香腸,芝士,都是很正常的凍盤。不過,那蕃茄蓉多士真叫人意料之外。烘多士表面除了蕃茄蓉,還混和了橄欖油。那橄欖油的味道主導著整個蕃茄多士。   Tartar De Atun           Tuna Tartar with avocado and toast 吞拿魚他他配牛油果!個人覺得:吞拿魚碎碎比較接近刺身的級數。雖然没有WASABI和豉油,但吞拿魚本有其鮮味。以薄脆的多士作匙,一口一口慢慢享用。   Padrones Fried Padron Peppers 炸過小青椒表面灑有海鹽,為清新的青椒帶來一點鹹香。小青椒一點也不辣!

吞拿魚他他配牛油果!
個人覺得:吞拿魚碎碎比較接近刺身的級數。
雖然没有WASABI和豉油,但吞拿魚本有其鮮味。
以薄脆的多士作匙,一口一口慢慢享用。

炸過小青椒表面灑有海鹽,為清新的青椒帶來一點鹹香。
小青椒一點也不辣!但作為開胃前菜一流! 
最佳食用方法:五指山! 
以食指和拇指抓著小青椒的頂蒂,
然後放入口,再抽出硬身的蒂部,
留下小青椒的椒皮椒肉椒籽在口中慢慢享用。

媽媽Style的肉丸,肉質纖維很實在,不起膠,没有彈牙的口感,有肉的味道,配不太鹹不太酸的蕃茄蓉,整體很清新。 
食品工廠生產的茄汁/茄醬,通常加鹽加醋再加色素以致偏鹹偏酸又色澤是暗紅,足以掩蓋肉的原味。 
而真蕃茄是没有鹹味嫁!

香港燒乳豬,燒豬皮勁脆,肉質完全熟透,由內而外都是全熟,整體是硬崛崛。
西式乳豬,薄薄的脆皮下,仍保留著皮下脂肪。

肉質嫩滑,不會起渣。 
不喜歡太硬的食物,所以個人覺得西班牙乳豬在口感上有優勢!
下方有菇類及西蘭花,吸盡乳豬的精華,保證一滴也不浪費。

剛好職員即場示範製作paella。
直徑約一米的大盤,又可以叫平底鑊。
看著職員加入不同材料,還預備特大餐具,讓客人體驗這<攪勻食材>的樂趣,實行有得食有得玩!
期間有客人在拍片呢! 
西班牙式的燴飯來了!有雞有海鮮,有香料。
而圓身的燴飯,外濕內硬,有點似RISOTTO,當然也有不同食材的精華。
剛才的小食和乳豬份量十足,所以看到這個澱粉質為主的炒飯就!!!
幸好這只是一小盤!

西班牙甜品,剛炸起的Churros熱辣辣,上枱時,鼻子就感到Churros的存在。
Churros沾上甘苦為主的朱古力,足以減卻那油膩感。
反而覺得雲呢拿雪糕很甜呢!  

再來飲品:
香格里拉,有酒精和無酒精的分別! 
  
餐廳播放的歌曲,令我想起EVITA 的Antonio Banderas。
