近排諗住落雨無乜人會排隊買珍珠奶茶,點知隻老虎門口依家人氣不減。見到咁同朋友真係唔嘥時間了,過左隔離新開嘅TERU慢慢享受悠閒嘅放工時間。自家製芝士豆腐。以乾脆多士做底,襯托住軟滑芝士豆腐,再加上少少腌製魚醬提升味道,令整口感豐久不失引起食慾嘅效果。炸河蝦。入口酥脆香口,雖然係蝦米大小但肉身都大粒,咸咸地嘅椒鹽味佐酒啱晒。味增煮牛筋。應該用左紅白味增及醬油去煮,味道甜甜咸咸的好惹味。當中加入左關東煮常見嘅魔芋配搭,令到牛筋口感同佢更接近,食落煙韌又吸味,好正。紅酒燴牛脷。一上枱就覺得牛舌超級厚身,將佢當牛扒黎鋸都無問題,不過最過癮都係以筷子夾住,一啖啖咬黎食,風味最好。紅酒醬汁味道香濃,加入左少少忌廉令質感好順滑。雖然覺得都係偏甜少少,但牛舌厚身嘅關係都中和左唔少。鯷魚醬野菜棒。呢度自家調製鯷魚醬味道無咁咸,但鮮香味十足,就算空口食都唔會太濃烈。用黎配櫻桃蘿蔔/生菜/青瓜都非常合適。不得不激讚係個白粟米超級香甜,以少少魚醬黎配合,明太子白飯魚冷意粉。將天使意粉以冷麵做法製成,但以和風醬調味,配搭出黎味道好好。加上明太子嘅微辣咸香,白飯魚清清地再配上類似千島醬嘅酸甜和風醬,好食。炸忌廉蟹

炸忌廉蟹餅。一向都覺得蟹餅係以可樂餅做法製作,所以會薯蓉為主但呢度嘅蟹餅蟹肉出奇地多,每一啖都食到一梳梳蟹肉嘅香滑,雖然經過油炸,但配上忌廉及蕃茄甜醬中和之下,仍覺得味道輕盈,一都無油膩嘅飽滯感。
