與姊妹們去銅鑼灣,當然少不了到SOGO購置一系列護膚品,知道鄰近澳門逸園中心有好多食店選擇,大家都話想吃燒物,就來《鳥居居酒屋》了。店內擺放陳設仿如置身日本居酒屋一樣。開放式的廚房致使廚師與食客有互動交流。每日新鮮海鮮都會放在冰盤之上。芝麻汁既香滑而又濃郁,微微帶酸很醒胃,入口涼快的菠菜,為炎熱的夏天 降一降溫,新鮮爽口菠菜,作為前菜清淡一點也不為過。好誇張呀!! 明太子還要比蛋更多,入口滿滿都是明太子,蛋捲扎實富蛋香,微微濕潤,明太子容易黏附係蛋捲之內,蛋汁結合明太子,玉子的香甜與明太子的鹹香交叠,令人回味無窮。厚實冬菇釀著雞肉,不只單一味道,菇香滲透進雞肉,雞肉肉味有所提升,兩者並無燒至乾身,反而保持冬菇的彈牙,雞肉的鮮嫩,盡顯大廚功架。再次給我遇到這條日本深海魚的魚王,好少機會可以吃到這麼珍貴的魚。魚脂特別肥美,魚油豐腴,經鹽燒過後,魚肉仍然滑嫩不鬆散,膠質豐厚富彈性,就是要人記著的味道。雞丸外表燒至金黃焦香,沒有多餘脂肪位置,咬落啖啖爽脆雞肉,蘸上蛋醬,雞肉味道更突出。牛肉被蔥花掩蓋,上桌時已有蒜蔥香撲鼻,引得我食指大動。蒜頭蔥花經過處理後,會有點辛口,是容易應付到的味道,伴隨
